Apple original movies?
Apple just hired several execs from Sony TV in an effort to creat original programming.
They’re obviously seeing the success of Netflix shows like Orange is the New Black, and Amazon’s Man in the High Castle.
Apple already has one original reality show called Planet of the Apps, which pits developers against each other for venture capital funding.
Two of the executives are Jamie Erlicht and Zach Van Amburg, architects of Breaking Bad and The Crown.
“There is much more to come,” said the VP of Apple’s video effort.
